KOH-I-NOOR "Mountain of Lights"

The Koh-I-Noor, first mentioned in 1304, was an oval cut stone that weighed 186 carats. It was once set in the famous Peacock Throne of Emperor Shah Jahan as an eye of the peacock. Recut during the Queen Victoria's reign, it is amongst the British Crown Jewels and now weighs 108.93 carats.
